Play Dead (D.I.Kim Stone Book#4) by Angela Marsons

This is the 4th book of D. I. Kim Stone series by Angela Masons and I have become a fan of this well written series of crime thrillers. The story starts bit slow this time, but becomes interesting once the first victim Jemima's body is found! Also you had hated the reporter Tracy Frost in the earlier books, now you get to know more about her and what made her to become what she is now! Somehow, you start to feel for her and want her to be rescued. Kim who didn't like her a bit earlier, is hell bent to bring her back alive. Will Kim succeed in her effort or not forms the climax of another engaging thriller in this series. Also you get to know more about Kim and her childhood. One always has a choice to either dwell in the darkness of their past or come out of it. Kim chose to come out and some others didn't! As usual the plot is solid with some wonderful twists and turns. The suspense is nail bitting one and it keeps you guessing until the end. I have started the 5th book of the series already. Hope it would be like other books of the series. Highly recommended series!
