Tombstone
100 Fiction
Ankita had a powerful feeling that someone was watching her through the bedroom window. She woke up, peered outside and saw a shadow moving outside.
She took her torch and stepped outside. She followed the shadow which lead her into the nearby cemetery.
The dark shadow pointed its finger towards a grave and then vanished.
Ankita found her name carved on the tombstone.
The DOB was correct. The DOD was today.
Suddenly, Ankita woke up sweating profusely and glanced at the mirror. She couldn't see her reflection; instead she found her body beside her on the bed.
