The writer in me

A Poem

The most important days

of my life

Are when I sit alone

and create

Something out of nothing

I bring out my feelings

And my thoughts

from my heart

On the blank paper

in front of me

Like a magician who

brings out a hare

from his long hat

I create magic with

my pencil on a

blank piece of paper

I re-create a new world

with my so called writings

Give emotions to

my characters

Bring them to life

with my feelings

I could write about

this thing or that thing

I could just write

about almost everything

I could even make the

Bird on my piece

Of paper to sing

I just need to give

my wild imagination

a pair of wing

This is my identity

and my destiny

And I’m really proud

Of the writer in me!
