Rehearsal

 Rajesh was feeling nervous as he spoke the inner feelings of his heart.


“Priya, I love you. I wanted to tell you this since the first time we both met, but couldn’t gather enough courage to speak it out until now. I hope I’m not late.”


“Rajesh, you took so long to tell this,” Priya replied, “But I too love you.”


He smiled and looked at his reflection in the mirror. He would tell this tomorrow.


It was a scene from the play for their college farewell function which they were to enact on the stage the following day.
